Disabled Access Information

Wheel Chair Customers-

The Good News -Heanor Antiques Centre has access for the two Main floors. The ground floor is accessed via the main car part entrance. The shop floor level is accessed via the street (through the slightly slopping car park and along the pavement.)

The Bad News - The building is 200 years old and does have slight changes in levels (one step level changes) on both floors. A ramp is available. The Cafe and Top floor are only accessible by a flight of steps. If you would like a drink or food from the cafe please ask the counter staff who can bring your order down.

Hearing Difficulties An hearing Loop is provided at the main counter.

Sight Difficulties A magnifying device is available.

Opening Times: 10:30am to 4:30pm every day of the week and year (except Christmas day and Boxing day)

Directions: We are easy to find, just 5 miles (two roads) from the M1 and A38.
